Arlow. Taptap's back.
Who said last semester is slack?! There are so many projects and projects and presentation. this semester i had a really diverse group of lecturers, from American to Ukraine to Malaysian to China. The Ukarine one keeps smiling at me. The Malaysian one is actually pretty interesting although lame at times. He's some engineer working here and teaching us on petroleum refining. Somehow, he always like to compare Singapore with Malaysia and at times, you don't even know which side he is on. And because his wife, some singaporean, calls him during lectures to update him on e stock market and to fetch her home, his conclusion of Singaporean Girls in comparison to Msian girls is that Singaporeans girls are very pampered and always demand their guys to send them home. I have no comments. Haha.

And just to clarify my x,y,z ,M, A,b,c post. It was written in sheer exasperation because of the seemingly huge clout of rumors and scandalous stuff .Not helping that most of my friends in Chem eng are guys since all the girls somehow have been taken away by boyfriends. Not helping also that even Poei is matchmaking with random friend he sees online and tagging on blogs of guys using my name, saying stuff like " I like your spectacles" etc etc. Although M exists. I had a pretty good view of him in 2 classes today.

Respect is to treat every individual as an end by itself rather than as a mean of an end. This is the respect i have been blabbering about, the latent form of respect for every individuals, be it you know them or not. And i came to light that different people operate on different moral grounds and different extent of moral egoism and selfishness. Thus while one can argue there's no right and wrong in some issues, at the end of the days, your morals and values come into play to determine the things you do and what sort of person you are. But i agree that absolute excellence is impossible. We are constrained by circumstances. Most of us are probably not aware, but many a times doing nothing is by itself, doing something. It's like the bystanders standing and watching someone drowning and not doing anything. The point is, sometimes, you don't have to do anything to hurt someone.

And i've got a new phone!! Like finally. The old phone was really breaking down. It was a little heart wrenching watching my old phone go, because, though i am not the very sentimental sort of person, there were some memories and stuff kept in e phone. But i guess, when it's time to go, you have to let it go. And i think now, which is a month later, everyone's prolly happy or happier. Makes what that had happened worthwhile.

alright. Back to work. i know. this is a totally random post.
And feb.march.april.is gonna be horrendous. i may disappear or go mia.
Well as for now, Chinese new year is coming! :)
